STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN
Shop our one of a kind homes. Choose the design that best suites your lifestyle.
STEP 2: MODIFY YOUR DESIGN (OR DON'T)
See something that you would like changed? We can make it happen.
MODIFY
If you want to make any modifications, just send us a list. A member of our team will contact you to review your list and finalize it, and then we'll prepare a quote for the cost to modify the design. Once you've approved the quote and purchased the plans, we'll begin working on your modifications.
OR DON'T MODIFY
If you love everything as-is, all that's left to do is to specify whether you want the plans as-shown or mirrored and then add them to your cart.
STEP 3: RECEIVE YOUR DIGITAL FILES
A member of our team will send a PDF of your complete construction drawings, specifications, and energy calculations, inclusive of any modifications you may have made.
STEP 4: RECEIVE YOUR BOX SET
Soon after receiving your digital files, you'll receive a box set with a full-size printed set of your construction drawings and construction specifications.
STEP 5: SELECT YOUR BUILDER & START CONSTRUCTION
Use any builder you like. (We can help point you in the right direction if necessary). They will guide you through the rest of the process to turn your design into your home.
